Steps to Reproduce

1. The rumbler wail siren cuts out.
2. Turn the siren on and press Caps lock to activate the rumbler wail siren.
3. Observe that the rumbler wail siren cuts out at the end.
4. Note that there is also a secondary wail siren which plays normally.
