Explanation

I died two times at a gang shoot out call. I believe on 150th street but I can't remember for certain. When I returned on my 3rd life masses of ambulances spawned and drove around. Additionally on the main scene of the shoutout, a lot of ambulances started effectively falling from the sky onto each other and then tipping on their sides.
