Steps to Reproduce

1. Just driving

Explanation

game crashed. I cant tell still what is causing it. This time I was on my way to the traffic stop call out. I am not sure if that caused it or if something else did. I will post log and video. Also when getting to traffic stop this guy was glitched into another car
