Steps to Reproduce

1. I got out and drew weapon.
2. Stepped feet into the parking lot and game crashed.
3. see logs

Explanation

Crashed at the gang shoot out near apartment 931. When on scene Ai didn't seem like they were interacting properly at first, they then shot back at player and the game crashed as player was firing
