Steps to Reproduce

1. cuffed both suspects and then told Ai to secure area
2. crash happened after that
3. walked through the fencing

Explanation

Crash happened at the gas station at the top of the map. AI police are not doing their logic properly. They no longer move in and cuff the suspects I have noticed.
