Explanation

I was at the gas station call out in the back left of the map. I had already requested an ambulance and back up, no one showed up. I arrested all of the down suspects. There was a NPC vehicle Police on scene, idk if he was part of the ai that normally comes to the scene or not. He wasnt getting out of his vehicle. I tapped F to try and get him out but moved to the back see driver side. When doing so I started to float and sink through the map. I'll post log too as well as video.
