Explanation

WHEN PICKING UP A GUN FROM A DEAD SUSPECT YOU ARE FORCED TO KEEP IT ON YOU, WHEN TRYING TO DROP IT WITH B, YOU CAN'T HOWEVER THE GAME WILL THINK YOU DROPPED IT BUT YOU STILL HAVE IT ON YOU AND CAN STILL AIM AROUND.
