Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the game for about 10-15 minutes
2. Try clicking the ESC key and see if you can get to the menu

Explanation

After yesterdays patch I cannot get to the menu with the "Esc" key. It works for a few minutes but stops working after a while so. It has forced me to exit the game via Task Manager in the mean time.
