Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Game
2. play for 20 min
3. observe the car issue and traffic stopped everywhere

Explanation

After about 20-30 min of gameplay all cars that are supposed to be lined up on the street are turned sideways. Ive also noticed cars are backing up quite alot around the city. Seems to be due to the traffic lights around the area not going green again seems to be stuck on red or the empty streets are stuck on green while no lights are changing at all. not all streets are effected by the sideways vehicle issue seems only a few.
