Steps to Reproduce

1. Respond to a call to investigate a disturbance
2. When arriving on scene draw your weapon
3. Shoot the suspect
4. Request backup
5. Watch them not be able to enter the building or go up the stairs

Explanation

AI backup get stuck and can't go inside the apartment complex when requesting backup. Looks like there is a possible barrier or something?
