Evidence Bag Disappears and Causes Game Breaking Glitch Upon Returning to Vehicle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open your trunk and grab an evidence bag.
2. Go far enough away from the vehicle and pick something up with the evidence bag such as a firearm.
3. When returning to your vehicle, if you went far enough everything in the trunk will disappear.
4. Since the storage compartment disappeared, you have nowhere to store the evidence bag.
5. If you try and drop the evidence bag, it will glitch the whole game.
6. Every time you look at a wall, the evidence bag will appear again as if you're still carrying it.
7. You will have to relog.

Explanation

If you go to your trunk and grab an evidence bag and walk far enough away from it and pick something up, when returning to your vehicle the items in the trunk will dissappear, including the storage compartment. Now you have no where to put the evidence bag with the item in it, so if you try and drop the evidence back on the floor it will appear everytime when looking at a wall, and will glitch your whole character out.
