Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach to call at 929 - W 151th Street
2. Go inside of the building and call for a RMP backup unit and wait inside. You will hear sirens.
3. Wait
4. Go outside and see if the officers have arrived and if they are near their car or near you

Explanation

Calling for back up at a call sometimes the ai officer do not spawn or they run away and not to you., I was inside of the Apt building and i called them inside of the building and i heard them respond and then they never came inside to back me up.
