Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter civilian vehicle it doesn't matter parked or suspect's.

Explanation

Entering the civilian vehicle of any no matter parked, or it's pursuit suspect's vehicle will put your camera underneath it. However when you exit the vehicle, camera returns to normal.
