Steps to Reproduce

1. Press F6 and go to weather
2. Select snow
3. Go inside the building on 153rd St
4. Where the noise disturbance takes place
5. Call the elevator, either one
6. Look on the floor

Explanation

The weather system seems to have a visual bug with the snow option. Inside buildings the floor of the elevator has snow all inside it like the game is picking it up as outside or in the road.
