Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into the game and go outside to the car lot
2. Enter the chevy caprice
3. Manipulate the camera to look under the car at the rims
4. Observe that the rim model disappears when looking from the underside

Explanation

The wheel model on the chevy caprice disappears when looking from the bottom. Look at screenshot to be more clear.
