Steps to Reproduce

1. Cuff suspect
2. Put suspect in vehicle
3. Walk about half a block away from your vehicle
4. Walk back to your vehicle

Explanation

After cuffing a suspect and escorting them to your vehicle then putting them inside, it is possible to make the vehicle freak out and usually flip over by walking far enough away and coming back.
