Steps to Reproduce

1. place suspect in vehicle
2. Close door
3. Open door
4. Select escort on suspect (animation for your character triggers)
5. Select seat in vehicle
6. You should then be stuck in the escort and cannot unescort

Explanation

After placing suspect in the back seat of the police vehicle, a bug is triggered by attempting to get them out by selecting "escort" first and THEN "seat in vehicle" after. Once selecting escort, you trigger the escort animation, however the suspect remains in the car. Then by pressing "seat in vehicle", the suspect exits the vehicle, but your escort animation cancels. The suspect continues to be escorted by your character, but you cannot then deselect escort, and thus are stuck in an unfixable escort bug. This is repeatable
