Steps to Reproduce

1. Do not wear seatbelt
2. Hit a parked car
3. If you go under the car, you will no clip
4. The car goes flying and does not stay stopped

Explanation

When you get ejecit from the car you sometimes will fall trough the map and will fall or go flying very high up.
