Steps to Reproduce

1. Respond to gang shooting/group shooting on Dirk St
2. Observe traffic

Explanation

Gas station on Dirk Street causes complete gridlock of entire area and surrounding block.

For some reason all traffic tries to enter the forecourt and does not drive around vehicles parked at the pumps, causing gridlock on all surrounding streets (and the queues block other junctions which cause more traffic, photo isn't the best will add more soon)
