Steps to Reproduce

1. load the game up
2. Just leave the police station
3. look at the cars parked on the roads near the police station

Explanation

I am pretty sure cars don't park like that in real life. Cars can't even get past the parked cars and this is outside of the PD. I was expecting the cars to be parked on the side of the road a bit over the pavement, facing one way.
