Steps to Reproduce

1. Stop vehicle
2. ask for ID
3. run ID
4. Create summons
5. try to add violation

Explanation

When pulling over a vehicle. When creating the summons, sometimes it will not add the violations, despite selecting them. It doesnt happen all the time.
