Steps to Reproduce

1. Respond to AI-Officers-related callout such as shootout
2. Deal with suspects
3. Don't use 10-8 or 10-98
4. Let AI officers declare code 4

Explanation

Concluded callout by AI prevents you from being attached to new callout via radio cause using codes 10-8 and 10-98 does nothing. However you still can attach to the new callout via CAD.
