Explanation

DAS bug. If you click on any text field that allows you to write text and then click on Dashboard or Incidents, if you try pressing Backspace to exit using the DAS, it will not let you until you have left-clicked anywhere on the DAS screen and then hit Backspace a few times to exit it.
