Explanation

No Access to computer in both vehicles. Suspect won't follow into building for holding cells. searched items from suspect end up attached to officers feet until picked up and remain weilded similar to weapon upon picking it. Items can be placed in trunk but bug out and stick out through trunk door. Images have been submitted through support ticket for referencing.
