Explanation
Gamebreaking bug in felony car chase scenario. AI vehicles bounce up in the air which eventually caused the performance to diminish and black screen the gameplay.

Apologies for the music in the background. I thought it stops playing when GameBar activates recording. Video isn't uploaded anywhere except here and discord.
