Player avatar stuck walking upside down after exiting vehicle that was spinning out of control

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wreck player vehicle ON TOP of another NPC vehicle
2. Toggle vehicle exit while on top
3. have fun flying around the map

Explanation

Bug occurred that put player upside down walking in the air. Replicate: I believe I had initially wrecked and was stuck on top of a vehicle. While stuck on top I exited the vehicle which then threw myself and the vehicle everywhere hitting the buildings / parked cars, when player got up from the ground he went upside down but was still able to move around.
