NPC text 'to pickup' gun shows when inspecting their weapon

Steps to Reproduce

1. Respond to any NPC requesting backup callout.
2. Go to the officer
3. If he doesn't have a gun out make him.
4. Look closely at the gun.

Explanation

Expected: You don't see any text above the gun.

What happens, you see a clear text above the gun that says "to Pickl"

Proposed solution: Remove any text from the Actor of the gun
