Steps to Reproduce

1. Find vehicle bugged through road
2. Jump around on it

Explanation

Player engaging with ragdoll physics + bugged vehicles and it throws the vehicles + player down the road. Car was initially bugged into the ground and player decided to force enable a bug out of it for testing purposes. This only occurs in vehicles that are bugged INTO the road and not vehicles that exhibit normal driving physics.
