Rebalance Gunplay with Enhanced Attachments and Perk Customization

Rebalance gunplay to make weapons feel stronger and more rewarding. Allow for more than two attachments per weapon and make perk slots interchangeable to encourage creative combinations. Reintroduce the ability to look down iron sights or scopes while wall running or floating in the air.
