Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get an HDD with credits
  2. open the HDD and look at your loadouts

Explanation

There is a bug where the weapon is unlocked when you unlock a skin for it. I just spent about 1.4k credits and unlocked the rest of the weapons this way.
