1. By changing people’s levels back

Explanation

I’ve been playing the game since April and today I reached just under level 26 with the latest update. However, I’ve also reached level 30 and still haven’t received the level 17 reward “end zone phantom”. What’s worse is I’ve seen levels 17 and below going up to level 30! This is upsetting because I’ve spent countless hours reaching this level. I hope you can sort this out. Thanks.
