Population numbers are experiencing an issue where they go into negative when the game removes a tradepost to upgrade it, resulting in a game over message despite all pilgrims being physically present

This issue was created from the following Discord message:
Bug: Population numbers go into negative when the game removes a tradepost to upgrade it, leading to a game over message (since pop is negative, even tho phsyically all the pilgrims are still there)
