Steps to Reproduce
- Have quarry in own area connected to a single road
- Build road on opposite side of the quarry
- Enjoy not having to link your roads
Explanation
You can build without having access to previous roads through the quarry. Or at least not have visible roads.
If the enemies destroy any building from there it seems the rest will never get built, or something weird happens there for sure with the building.
