Explanation
When I try and sail over to moon's eyrie my game suddenly changes to me being behind the world barrier near songseeker wilds in the void sea. I've tried travelling from the gate you enter eastern luminant through as well as from fort merit after I reset the first time it happened. With the fog in the void sea I can't tell when I get teleported I'm just suddenly in front of the giant stone wall.
