Explanation
Some chests in Saramaed Hollow just refuse to open, I got this chest from a thresher only floor, this isn't super high priority but I think it's bad to miss out on loot. This has also happened to another chest from a different floor, but I figured it was lag and just moved on. Happening twice with good ping is not coincidence tho.
