Explanation

Now the first 2 people I voidwalked before this, they were both 2 stars but both were silenthearts with a good weapon. I haven't been around the game for a hot minute so at first I thought maybe that's just how it is now. They progged silentheart early so they haven't done enough to gain more stars; shouldn't be a low star, but whatever! I'll just avoid silentheart bounties from now on, problem solved right? This all went out the window with this third bounty: 3 mother f******* stars yet he's a max level. What's going on?
