You cannot get an attunement when all 330 points are invested

but i got a build that i got bloodrend on at power 20 and now it has -1 investment point

You did that before the change, it was changed a few months ago

so that means for new players getting bloodrend has to be before power 20

do you have other attunement on that build

By drinking a potion of bloodrend, you will still obtain bloodrend in character creation even if you cant get bloodrend on the character you drank the potion on

Also, if you have another attunement you may shrine of mastery a point away from any other stat, get bloodrend (or any attunement) because extra attunements are free to obtain (do not cost one point). Then you can invest the point back where you originally took it from (as long as you have the exp req for it)

you have no exp to spend that potion it will work after

as i said before, you need the exp req for the point

make sure it says available points: 1 which lets you know you have enough exp for next point

ur in a lot of exp debt so you'd have to pay that all back before getting enough exp for final point
