Explanation
I don't know why but for the life of me I can't get this thing to drop from goodie bags. I've opened at least 70 and all I've got is Crawling Neckties and Aazel's Horns.
Do I just have a skill issue or have I not grinded enough?? Please fix this or put the neckties on the '25 Seasonal Medal, I'm starting to lose my pomars.
