Issue is that no one handles the ticket, they’re left open for days or weeks without resolving problems

I lagged and died to a mechasharko in sarameed hollow and got instantly restored

he filed a life restore they denied even though the restore was valid after he made a restore again

fully depends on the mod you talk to

some are just farming points and either instantly denying or looking for a reason to insta deny
