Explanation
Paralytic Dust + Dread Whisper and Ice Eruption can be combined with Blood-Draining potions, which can drop ANY build to 0 blood. (even with blood wisp)
(!!!Not sure if you can actually count this as a "bug", but im PRETTY sure it was not intended to be in the game)
