Explanation
I've done ferry man on an unlocked stilletto (ready to be upgraded) I have ganked on stilletto I have gripped max lvls, song seeker npcs, I have depths farmed All on STILLETTO And yet, I cannot upgrade my points into light weapon, all I receive is a dialouge as shown in the screenshots, people said "oh you need exp you need exp" well as explained before I've done ALOT on a stilletto and still cant use my weapon manual for light, im power 20 and have already gotten bell and everything, I have 10 points left to invest in my build and just need 5 more points into light to use a pyre keeper and im having no luck.
