maybe its the hit stun too however not sure if its consitent
or whatever this is im not even sure
i bet running attacks just plain aren't cancelled by anything
except like thundercall

Ive seen this clip a while ago do you have a different one and confirmed this isnt displacement
that has a sound when it procs iirc & i dont think either of them have it
