Explanation
I killed titus twice on my pve then i decided that i wanted to try and do solo runs so i went to get intel i got the rep i found lars and i got imperium kata and i didnt get legion intel

unlocking imperium kata = obtaining legion intel You get a new dialogue and can lie to titus to start the fight
