Explanation
It was working before I took specter so im psure saintsworn isnt the issue, u can see the appration (off a tkick) so pressure detonation definitely procs but no tempo stolen.

prob because specter turns the vacuum into an apparation

actuallly thats not really how its worded but
the suffocation procs an apparation (as shown)
the tempo steal is worded as seperate
its not worded separated, "and steald their tempo", if X confition happens X condition also happens
the "vacuum" steals tempo not suffocation steals tempo
the vacuum procs an apparation as expected
with speccter
