- 🔎 Search first – If it’s already reported, upvote it and send a 'Bump!' (See attached gif), don’t make duplicates.
- 🧑🏻‍🏫 Be clear – Explain what happened, where, and when. - A screenshot of your full screen is a big help already, since this shows the important info on the top left.
- ✍🏻 Add proof – Clip or screenshot is generally required. No proof = hard to fix.
🧠Use common sense – Give enough info for a dev to actually solve it. “Lagging” or “low FPS” tells us nothing.
⚠️If you’re in a bugged state (can’t take damage, can’t deal damage, etc.), make a report and ping a tester while you’re still in-game. This massively helps find the cause. (Not for instanced servers.)
