If he keeps killing you, make sure you arent below neutral rep for etris/ministry if ur above neutral, most likely told lord regent that you killed duke and you would be softlocked

no it doesnt require a wish at all also id have to do ethiron for a wish i absolutely cannot be bothered doing that when i know for a fact it doesnt require a wish to get the dialogue

• you have got to close to him(have some manners)
• you have told him that you killed Duke
• bad rep
