but shoulnt it like work bc there is no info on witch crits works and on witch crits does not work

it clearly says that it works on crits

thats for the community to figure out what works and what doesnt work

so then what is the point on saying that it procs with crit if it just lies

obviously some effects are disabled for balancing purposes

then shouldnt it be better to jsut say that it works on most crits

sounds like a suggestion
