Explanation
For the last 6 or 7 games i have neither gained nor lost elo, and the number shown at the end of the game is incorrect. I have restarted chime multiple times and it still says im 932 elo

If you're getting absolutely destroyed (or boosting) and your opponent flawlesses you, neither of you gain or lose elo

I was on a losing streak because my wifi is onf the fritz

I dont have a clip of it happening while I was fighting back, but it may have been my gigantic losing streak causing it if thats one of the anti boosting measures
