Explanation
When you use a training gear, it's supposed to start training into that stat so whenever you get EXP in general which is signaled by a little arrow placed where the lock is, that EXP goes into that stat. Right now, the arrow appears for a second and then disappears.
How to reproduce: Gain exp, use a training gear to increase an attribute, use it again.

It's a little hard to see since it's so small so you might have to go closer to your screen. You can see the arrow flicker.
ok im playing rn and I get exp and I am gaining points into the attribute. it just doesn't show it on the ui. this can easily cause many problems like what if idk if I am training that cuz it doesn't show it? I can just mess up my build just like that

never once happened to me must be new or was fixed and resurfaced
Since the GUI got changed couple months ago
never happened to me on the new UI
