This fine young gentleman in Greathive Aratel (named Liviu) has had the top shirt of his attire seemingly deleted, and as a result his arms are just bare due to the top shirt not being able to be loaded in

every time i have seen him he's been missing his shirt, and it's possible he's just supposed to look like this. although i really do remember him having a shirt
